It’s an interesting little game that wasn’t very well thought out, particularly combat; it relies way too heavily on RNG elements for this style of game. Having a chance to miss attacks in a game where the hit boxes are not spectacular and player attacks are somewhat unresponsive wasn’t a good choice, the dodging is near useless with the very short delay between enemy telegraph and enemy attack, merchants are… very questionable about what they will and won’t buy from the player. It feels like it’s trying to be Stardew Valley but also Moonlighter but also Hollow Island and winds up not doing any of it very well. It’s not a bad game, I just don’t think it would be everyone’s cup of tea.
