Bite Night is a comedic first-person horror game that explores the idea of what if the big scary monster was bad at being big and scary. You play as a gas station attendant who must work the night shift in a rural gas station when things start to go bump in the night. You must try to juggle your responsibilities as a worker while dealing with a monster who may be much less scary and more of a pain in the neck but no one knows how many monsters lurk in the night. An incredible game that focuses the unlikely friendship between you, a gas station employee, and a vampire. Surprisingly fun little game! Silly, spooky, fairly entertaining. Some of the tasks take a bit long, but not unbearably so. An expanded variant of this would be pretty enjoyable. Takes about half an hour or so to beat, worth snagging for a small sale maybe, but I’d recommend if you want something different from the usual indie horror world. Very fast play, unexpected ending. Got a few laughs and jumps, I’ll probably again next October. I did buy it when it was on sale, and I think it was reasonable for a 30 minute play.
