Man, I can’t say enough good things about this game. It’s got a solid foundation and a fine attention to detail with the buildings and ways to keep the world flowing. They’ve done a great job implementing farming into this game with the need to mix up what you’re farming so that you don’t kill the fertilization of the soil and whatnot. They’ve also included additional resources into the game since day one because at first getting stone was a real problem. I’ve really enjoyed the inclusion of “deep mines” which are infinite resources of each kind of raw material (coal, stone, gold, etc..). Creative fix to the initial problem. I cannot stress this enough; The optimization of this game has been HORRIBLE since DAY ONE. They really need to step up their focus on this. Anytime you have more than 200 settlers regardless of your setup, your game will drop to 10 FPS, no joke. It’s rough. Not as bad as EA top-down games, but still pretty rough. CRATE ENTERTAINMENT, GET A TEAM ON THIS ALREADY!!! There’s no good reason that almost a year after release the players that bought your game are still dealing with the same issues.
