Neon Beats is a 2D side view platformer game in which the player will evolve in different levels that are rhythmed by catchy musics. Fun little game, recommend using a controller. Controls felt janky on keyboard. Jumping didn’t always seem to react, or the thing wouldn’t move forward adequately, acting as if I wasn’t pressing forward hard enough. It’s free so if you like what you see, just give it a shot. i6y7

Quick little . There isn’t much and for more you’d have to buy the DLC. But there’s enough here to see if that’ll be worth it to ya, and that besides, the DLC is dirt cheap. I had a blast with this game even though it really is so short (I finished all three levels in just 15 minutes or so.) Regardless of it being short this is for sure a speedrunner’s type of game. I really hope the developers slowly add more levels to this because the music and level design is fantastic and each level is uniquely fun to play. Plus, it’s free! No reason not to try it!

Beside all of this, the game is SICK ! and the thing I noticed is that level 1 was a calming and relaxing soundtrack then everytime you raise in the level the soundtrack becomes more epic, wich is a great idea from the developer. I really hope to take my suggestions as a Yes , because this game is sick and i want to play it more and more with many options Evil West is strangely balanced.

The difficulty does not rise steadily, instead there are spikes in difficulty at seemingly random moments. Nearly every combat encounter has some kind of boss and depending on how you prefer to play Evil West, some bosses are harder than others. If I had a conversation with someone who also completed this game, we would disagree about which enemies were most challenging.
